Hi am 52yr old woman fit and healthy went to doctors 8 week's ago with Chest pain.last Friday was diagnosed with lung cancer.after many scans biopsies ECT-to get surgery to removed lower left lobe,and also said that a lymph node showed activity on pet scan.I am finding this hard that this is actually real.I feel good then I wake up in morning,and think is this really happening.the NHS been amazing and very quick.all test done in less than 3weeks.have brain scan to go for this

S friday..I am very positive and been putting on brave smiley face for everyone.but kind of feel alone,if that makes sense to anyone
