Struggling to Cope

Hello everyone - I've just been diagnosed with bowel cancer (in the caecum), and to say it's a shock is an understatement.....I'm really struggling, and sleep is a big issue too.....Any advice and tips would be really appreciated? Big empathy and hugs to all fellow sufferers out there.......kind regards
