Having surgery this Wednesday for stage 3 invasive ductal breast cancer

Hi everyone. I am just been diagnosed with stage 3 invasive ductal breast cancer already spread into my lymph nodes I will be having surgery this coming Wednesday. The treatments plan at the moment is adjuvant chemotherapy + radiation. Awaiting genetic testing results. Thanks to God didnt metastasise in any part of my body CT scan results,MRI results Is out.
