Tumour at hepatic flexur

Hi I'm not new here. I was diagnosed 2020 with invasive ductal cancer er and pr positive. Now only having tamoxifen for a further 6 years and  zoladex injections every 3onths for this.

Hower I have now been diagnosed with colon cancer of the hepatic flexur. The tumour is 30mm and there looks like a lymph nodes could also be cancerous as it's also swollen and measures 8mm.  Had colonoscopy on wed there. They took 8 biopsies  and have sent it for pathology marked urgent.

What I'm trying to understand is they never found any polyps not one. So I'm worried that it's metastatic from the breast cancer.  I'm just waiting on results and the MDT.  Any one knows what happens next either way metastatic or a new primary cancer. Thanks.
