Help! My GP believes my latest chest r-ray shows a lesion, and therefore potential metastasis from the choroid melanoma. Full-body CT scan arranged on 'urgent pathway' which also sounds ominous. Anybody have any experience of this? Freaking out.
I'm sorry to hear that a recent chest x-ray has raised further concerns about your health. Whilst it's good to hear that your GP has already requested some further investigation it's understandable that you're feeling anxious about what this lesion may be.
We know that for many people this period of waiting and uncertainty can be difficult. It's natural that you're feeling worried.
