I had my first chemo on 5 September and was there about 4.5 hours, although with it being my first one it took a little longer than it normally will, and also I'm cold capping so I was there longer for that :)
How did you find the cold cap? My first session is in two weeks and I've said I will try it even though I've heard a lot of people don't stick with it.

I don't have a problem with it at all, very manageable. Unfortunately I've lost about 70% of my hair and have shaved it off! It wasn't as traumatic as I expected really. Best of luck with it!
