Daughter newly diagnosed

My daughter was given biopsy results for growth on ear. They removed growth for first  biopsy and it has been diagnosed as being cancerousi. She has been informed that it is pre cancerous . She will be getting more of it removed and they will do a margin biopsy. Has anyone else had experience of this and if so, can you offer any advice? Thank you from Rosemary 

  • Welcome to the forum Rosdoh although I'm sorry to hear about your daughter.

    I know receiving those results must have been very scary and may have come as a bit of a surprise for the both of you, but I'm glad to hear further tests are going to be carried out.

    Hopefully some of our members who have experience of this will be along soon to share their stories and advice but if you or your daughter would like to discuss any of this further with one of our cancer nurses, they're available on 0808 800 4040.
