I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with womb cancer. It's understandable that you're feeling frightened by this news. It's good to know that you've already had a CT scan and hopefully the results will bring some positive news and reassurance before too long. 

Has the team given you another appointment or told you when you may hear from them? Hopefully by the time you see them next they will have all the information needed to give a full and clear picture of what is going on for you and what the reccomended treatment options are. 

We know that for many people this period of waiting and uncertainty can be very difficult. It's natural to feel anxious and to have questions. It can sometimes help to talk with someone about how you're feeling and I wonder if you might find it useful to chat with one of our nurses before your next appointment. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can as well as helping you think about the questions that you might want to ask.
