Letrozole - can anyone suggest relief for constipation and stomach cramps?

I started on Letrozole last Friday and have since been suffering with constipation. The stomach cramps are crippling. Any suggestions for relief please. I think I have read about every product available but I want to hear from people in the same boat as me

    I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with some constipation at the moment. This is listed as an occasional side effect of Letrozole. 

    There is some information on the NHS website about constipation that may be helpful but please do speak with your GP or local pharmacist as they will be able to give further advice and support.
