Hi.just been diagnosed with Bowel cancer, quite a large tumour in ascending colon thats broke through the wall, small spots on lungs and pelvis ( pet scan soon to check) also possible peritoneal disease, feeling reaĺly worried and scared.

Yes I am on Facebook and I too don’t talk about my cancer on there. We have kept it just amongst our family and I haven’t even told any friends, I prefer to keep it not a secret but private, it’s my way of keeping it within my control. I’m not sure if this chat is now private between me and you, if so im happy to give you my name so you can put a face to the name x x
Morning Kathy,that's exactly how I feel although my main reason is our daughter who is Autistic and would get very upset with so r of the comments, she knows I have cancer and will be having treatment but we have not told her how serious it is xx
