Struggling to stop thinking

My wife was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer on Wednesday Stage 1 but we have an MRI in for the next 2 weeks to understand more. My head is already all over the place and I am trying to put everything into perspective and clam myself down one minute then on the verge or breaking down the next.
