Hiya Happyhappy9579.  What have the hospital told your friend?  There's no point in panicking on your friend's behalf until she is given a proper diagnosis.  Lots of women and Girls have very heavy and lumpy periods, but it doesn't necessarily mean it is cervical cancer.  It might be Endometriosis.  In fact it could be many things.  IF it is the worst case scenario and your friend has got cancer, she is going to need a lot of support.  She will need you to be strong for her.  I wish your friend good luck, and hopefully it will turn out to be something far less serious than the monstrous big C.
