I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with fatigue at the moment. It's understandable given the medication that you're taking and all that you've been through since diagnosis.
Unfortunately, fatigue is a recognised common side effect of letrozole. However, it's certainly worth getting in touch with your breast care nurse or GP to talk about this as there may be other options they can suggest.
