I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I am in the same boat. Diagnosis 19th April with Grade 1 but 4cm cancer and im only 39. Then MRI and mammogram. I got the results on Monday. I have to have another liver MRI on Friday as they've seen something on my liver which they need to investigate. Buy surgery is planned for 26 June. In the meantime they started me on tamoxifen.
The diagnosis and the waiting is terrible but keep strong.
Hi. So sorry to hear about your diagnosis. The initial shock of hearing it's cancer is awful. You have done the hardest thing. It has now been diagnosed and your medical team will start appropriate treatment soon. The nurses here are amazing if you need to talk to someone with medical knowledge. I was diagnosed last August and have recently had surgery. I'm now awaiting biopsy results and next steps. It's hard, but keep going. You will come out the other side of this stronger.
