Hello Budster, and welcome to the forum that no-one ever wants to join. So sorry that you have received the news that you have cancer.  Yes, you will have decisions to make going forward, but everyone on this Forum has either had cancer themselves (or still have it) or they are caring for someone with cancer, so we all know exactly how it feels.  It is very comforting to know that you can always reach out to people that are in the same boat as you and who UNDERSTAND.  Please keep us informed and feel free to ask any questions at all.  Everyone on here is really nice and caring.  Best wishes to you, x 

Many thanks. I’ve already been dealing with an MPN (a low grade blood cancer) for a number of years, but this has come as a shock. I only found out on Thursday, so the stage has yet to be established. I really appreciate your reply and kind words.
