Diagnosis - T3A kidney cancer

Hi, I am recently waiting to be graded after being diagnosed with a T3A kidney cancer. My tumour was large so am expecting a high grade when I go to my appointment in 4 weeks. I had a Radical nephrectomy  two weeks ago and was back home after two days and have recovered with hardly no pain at all. Is there anyone in here that has been diagnosed with a T3A with a grade 3 or 4 that is still doing well years after diagnosis . Thanks
