CD30+ ALCL on leg (non hodgkin) Stage 1

Hi, Was recently diagnosed with CD30+ ALCL (T Cell) non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Currently only a single area on lower leg. One cluster of ulcerated bumps/tumors (approx 6cm diameter).

Scan shows not systemic so seems all ok. Haemat & Onc plan to treat with radio but also mentioning use of Brentuximab treatment. Still to be confirmed. Most reading Ive done indicated it is rare to become systemic from primary cutaneous and usually removal or radio treatment as primary option.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar case either currently or histrically and what the outcome was for treatment and any advice?

thanks
