I'm sorry to hear about your dad's diagnosis. It's incredibly tough news, especially with cancer in multiple areas. 

Hopefully other forum members whose loved ones are affected by cancer will be here soon to chat with you and offer suggestions on how to handle this delicate situation but do try to keep in mind that everyone's experience with cancer is personal, and it's important for your dad to make choices that align with his wishes.

If you feel up to it, discussing your concerns with your dad or trusted loved ones might help lighten the burden and strengthen your connections during this challenging time.
