It's difficult to advise on this. Presumably the biopsy was undertaken to either confirm or rule out cancer, which would make sense as to why the oncology appointment has been arranged.
As for the wait time, this always depends on a given hospital's waiting list. Although it may seem like a long wait, it it not too long after the initial biopsy.
I know the uncertainty is difficult to deal with - try to take things a day at a time while you wait, and I hope you hear more soon.
