I am so sorry to hear you have been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and have refused chemotherapy. It's a very difficult decision to have to make and try if you can to talk to your consultant about what options are available to you at this stage - don't hesitate to ask questions about for example what benefits there would be in considering chemotherapy or any other potential treatment they might offer you.
