Hi - M&S do a good post surgical bra it's front fastening, lovely soft material, with adjustable straps.  It's really comfortable - hope this helps.

Hi, I'm 6days post op  for grade 2 ductal carcinoma & sentinel node biopsy. I found the zip front bras very difficult post op as have restricted movement on right side at moment.  The 'belvia' type pull on bras have been ideal for me as a 36ff, giving enough support but not restrictive & easy on the wound x

Thank you Clare. I've ordered a bra from M&S and it's really comfortable. It does up at the back. I've ordered a couple more but I'll Google the belvia to have a look. Hope your recovery goes well, good luck and thanks for info. X

I wear m&s post op bras they are comfortable and have higher sides than the standard ones lve also been told not t have wires in bras. I hope all goes well
