Just giving this post a bump, as would like to look after my nails during chemo, thanks

I had the same treatment plan as you, and I used 'Polybalm' throughout, twice per day (on fingernails and toenails) and my nails remained strong throughout. . It works best by letting the tube soak in warm water before applying. It's on the expensive side, however, mine lasted for the whole 5 months of treatment.

I did just look at the site and will order some tomorrow. Did you just use this or varnish as well? Pleased to hear you are doing well and thank you so much gor this information. I have been really worried about nail damage, as mine aren't the best as it is. 

I just used this as I wanted the product to have direct contact with my nails and I didn’t want to keep applying/ removing varnish. I used it for each cycle of Docetaxol for about three days during the cycle and the rest of the time I just moisturised with hand cream.

OK, thanks for that info. Might give nail polish a miss and see how it goes  xx
