Thank you for all your helpful comments about the effects of letrozole as I am on letrozole for the rest of however much time I have left and the leg pains are unbearable
I am sorry to hear that you are suffering with leg pains due to your use of Letrozole. I had a lot of problems with my joints at the time and my consultant recommended that I too Starflower oil tablets. Unfortunately, they didn't do much for me, but they might work for you. It might be worth giving these a go, but please make sure that your care team are happy for you to take them first.
