i too am having chemotherapy for lung cancer and I experienced a bit of tummy pain for a few days following my infusion
the steroids I was given prior to infusion were I believe to protect my stomach
if it is a problem it may be best to contact one of the numbers you will have been given and seek advice. They may give you something for the pain or may consider lowering the dose of your chemo but always best to speak to the nursing team regarding any issues so they can be dealt with before they become a problem
