I'm sorry to hear about your sister's diagnosis. It's obviously a worrying time for you all and natural that you will have concerns and questions. 

As it's been over a week now, if she's still had no date to see the neurosurgeon then do give the hospital a call and ask when you may expect to hear some news. Hopefully they will be able to give you all an update. 

We know that waiting for appointments can be a difficult time for many people. If you think it might help to talk things through with one of our nurses you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I'm sure they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can.

Thank you for your kind reply! We still haven’t heard anything which is filling me with hope that they don’t think it’s as urgent as it is as it’s been 2 weeks since she was told! I think we will chase up the appointment today!
