I am glad to see that your surgery is behind you and I hope that you are recovering well. I am not a doctor, but I expect that the number of stitches in the abdomen will depend upon 2 things. 1) The size of the patient, and 2) the surgeon's individual technique.

No problem. You'll find that no two cancers are the same. We are all individuals and likewise, our cancers are all individual to us. How are you getting on since you had your surgery?
