Hi,
recently diagnosed Grade 1 IDC with positive lymph nodes, awaiting mastectomy and axillary lymph node clearance. Breast surgeon advised front zip up sports bra in my usual bra size. Went to M&S today to try some on and I am very worried about the sports bra in these design because of its tightness, the axiliary skin overhang it causes and the tight band underneath the breasts. I asked the M&S bra fitter for advice and she suggested another flexifit range which felt wonderfully comfy but not sure if the surgeon will think it’s supportive enough.
advice and suggestions welcome. Op possible October half term.
