Hi. So I will try to keep it short, because it’s a long one. I’ve had bloods done, and a few ultrasounds. Bloods were normal. However when checking me over my doctor referred me to Haematology. I contacted Haematology about my appointment and they said I was referred to them due to ‘suspected Hodgkins Lymphoma’. He said I was marked down as urgent and would receive an appointment within the next week. I didn’t. Eventually my doctor contacted me and said Haematology have declined my referral (despite them expressing their concern, AND telling me I will have an appointment within a week). I saw my doctor and she said that they’ve requested I get more ultrasounds before I’m referred back to them. So she has now referred me for more ultrasounds (which I’m yet to have), I have bloods and another check up within the next few weeks. I’m worried, and I don’t think I’m being taken seriously. It’s been 3/4 months from that initial phone call, and I’ve only got so far. What do I do? I have over 10 lumps on my neck, one under my armpit and loads in my groin. I also have night sweats, itchy legs, fatigued, blood spots, and my weight fluctuates very slightly. Also they said breathlessness, however I’m asthmatic so can’t comment on that. Same with heavy periods, which are incredibly bad but I also have suspected endometriosis which I’m in the very long process of being diagnosed with, so also can’t comment on that. I don’t know what I’m looking for here, but maybe some advice or tips? Thank you!
