Hi, 

Recently, my sister just told me that she just finished chemotherapy & radiotherapy for cancer. She just received her results & she told me that they haven't worked but shes ripped  up the letter  is avoiding showing the letter. I'm not sure if this is true about this but I would like some help on what I should do and weather to believe her of not. She lied in the past & I just feel that this maybe another lie due to her avoiding sending a photo of the ripped up letter. She is making it seem real and of course I won't want to question her if she lying. She my only sister and I really do want to loose her big due to her avoiding showing me this is making me feel very anxious & unsure on what to next. If someone could help me on what to that would be great. The other odd thing is she never told me that she was fighting cancer for a year now and I've just heard about even though we have always told each other things. 

I'm also questioning this as she's been going out drinking as usual & isn't showing any signs of fatigue in this process. Also social services have been involved previously but what I dont get is why today she got the all clear form Social if she got terminal cancer as this would pose a risk to the children ? She live on her own with 2 young children. I need answers but I'm struggling to get these from her.  If anyone could please help me on how to understand this whole thing that would be great many thanks
