Im Steve im a newbe to all this , I've just recently be diagnosed with actinic keratosis, only on my face though, the burning sensation is quite annoying, what can you recommend I try , to ease this problem.
It might help to speak to your doctor about the best thing that could help, also your local pharmacist may have something over the counter with skin-soothing properties. There is some advice here.
