AIN3 (Anal intraepithelial neoplasia)

Just been told that i have AIN3, and referred to a Specialist in London. Trying to find any information on treatments etc.

Main symptom was urgency to open bowels, very ocasional blood and mucous. GP originally believed it was Crohns or Colitis, as Calprotectin was 400+, colonscopy showed an abnormal area near anal mucosa, and biopsy confirmed the AIN3.
