I am so sorry to hear about your CMML diagnosis. I am glad you feel OK though and it's good that you exercise every day and have a healthy diet. It's good that the blood and bone marrow test picked it up though so that you can hopefully have a treatment plan in place soon.

Our nurses are also available on this free number 0808 800 4040 if you have any questions I am sure they will be able to advise you on what to expect following a CMML diagnosis - their helpline is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. 

I've done a little search on the forum and found other members of our community who have had a CMML diagnosis. [@Evie7]‍  posted this thread last year for example which may be of interest to you and don't hesitate to respond to it if you would like to connect with others who have the same diagnosis.  [@Strawberry99]‍ responded on that thread and was also feeling a bit lost at the time after being diagnosed - you will find this member's own thread on CMML here and don't hesitate to reply if you wish to do so. [@NickB53]‍ who mentioned being a similar age to you at the time of diagnosis also responded to Evie's thread and could be yet another person for you to get in touch with. You are not alone and I hope that you will hear from others here who have had the same diagnosis and may be a little further ahead in terms of treatment and that they will come and share their story with you.
