Endometrial hyperplasia atypia

Hi, New to the group, just been diagnosed with this and now waiting for a hysterectomy, just wanted to chat with anyone who's been through the same, I was alright until my consultant said she was going to remove everything... uterus, ovaries and cervix , now I'm freaking out a bit. I'm 53 so I'm well over the needing anything for babies!! It's just all a bit daunting and I'm regretting not asking more questions ️

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. Firstly I hope you are getting on OK - I'm sure this is a lot to process. You should get an opportunity soon to ask more questions, but in the meantime you can always give your doctor a call.
