I hope you're recovering well after your surgery. There is information on our website on what to expect after thyroid surgery and side effects you might experience. I think it would be a good idea to mention this to your doctor just to check whether this feeling of having something stuck in your throat is to be expected three weeks post surgery. It's not something you would want to ignore so it's best to talk to your doctor about it as soon as you get a chance.
