Hello Jmh1969
I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis of Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). I hope that you're not feeling too anxious ahead of starting your treatment.
I've linked to some information on our website about DLBCL above but I wanted to let you know that we do have a team of nurses that you can call to speak to if you think it may help at any point. They're available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 0808 800 4040.
I'm not aware of any members active here on the Cancer Chat forum at the moment who have the same diagnosis or who have been through treatment for DLBCL. You may be able to connect with others who have experience through a more specific cancer forum such as Blood Cancer UK and Lymphoma Action.
I'm sorry that we've not been able to be of more help this time but I hope that your treatment progresses well.
Best wishes,
Jenn

Hello Jmh1969,
I also have dlbcl stage 3 and I finished 6 rounds of chemotherapy in Dec - it was called Pola R CHP - I had a scan and I’m now waiting for my scan results after completing 6 rounds, the first 3 rounds were not too bad i just felt mainly tired but I found the last 3 harder as I felt worn out and my legs ached my arms ached and my fingers tips were numb and I lost a lot of weight - 6 weeks later now and I’m still having these issues but it’s early days hopefully as time goes by they will subside, I think some people cope better than others- good luck
