Hi, good luck with your appointment. Some things to think about/ask:

As well asking your onco if a treatment is the best option, ask what the pros and cons are of that any any alternative treatment. What they consider to be the best with its pros and cons, may not be in line with what you think. Of course they are the expert but you do have a say in what happens to and in your body :)

When going through the side effects, ask about if and how they can be minimised, and do your own research. The use of cold-capping is very common, but ask about skin and nail care (depending on the side effects of the treatment you are offered).

Ask when your immunity is likely to be at its lowest (the nadir) so you can take extra precautions during that time.

Ask what foods/supplements you need to avoid during treatment.

Ask how often will you see your onco and how they will assess how the treatment is working.
