Breast cancer newly diagnosed

I posted in the intro page originally, but now decided to share here.

I have just been recently diagnosed with breast cancer at 43 After a slow start getting  diagnosed due to downgraded referral things seem to be moving at a pace now with scans /appointments / investigating etc so am going through all the emotions with waiting etc. 

Ive had mammograms/ultrasounds/mri which then needed further investigating so now waiting on the results from that which they say doesnt look suspicious but biopsy to confirm.

 I have an appointment booked for end of the month so hopefully all results and plans are in place for that so can get this treatment started and the wee gremlins out.

    Im doing ok thanks, just trying to keep busy whilst waiting on the latest test results coming back  to know for definite what im looking at x

    those are the worst days I promise you once you get your full plan and no exactly what type ect you will relax much more , I fully remember those days counting the mins to get to the breast clinic you are up and down like a yo yo .

    I was lucky in that sense as I claimed on my medical insurance and results and operations were quick I had my first operation 7 days after diagnosis, but then after lumpectomy and sentil node biopsy I had a 2 nd operation 14 days later I was in shock at the time looming back but was happy with the speed of it all I just wanted it gone and get back to myself if you no what I mean .

    I got my treatment plan on fri., i thought i would feel better once i had this but my nerves are shattered. 

    Im due for 8 rounds of chemo before surgery  still awaiting start date,

    Any tips to help with the anxiety would be much appreciated as appetite gone,  feel like always thinking about it and shaking with nerves   .  I need to get through this, ive got a young son that needs me x
