ok still hasn't sunk in just reading up on the operation. 

Hi Shona,

I am so sorry to hear this. We all feel as you do at first. It takes some time for it to sink in and for you  to realise that this is really happening to you.

I just wanted to let you know that I am a breast cancer survivor of 13 years, having gone through 2 bouts of breast cancer. I have had a lumpectomy and a double mastectomy and was surprised by how well both operations went. You will feel so much better in yourself, once you have a definite treatment plan in place and can get your surgery out of the way.

yes it's all the waiting that is stressing me.

so I need to wait for a plastic app then wait for a surgery date.
