A dear dear person In my life today found out he has cancer to say I'm devistated is an understatement 

he previously was an alcoholic and has fought his demons for the last 8 years .he has changed his life around in the last ten month and has been dry since and has a new job etc etc a totally changed man 

he had a lump come up couple week ago in his neck it came up quite quick doesn't really hurt etc 

seen a doc who sent for biopsy and ultrasound 

the biopsy had come back saying it is cancerous but the doc said it's not necessarily the f the throat 

he had a camera down today and all clear 

blood test all clear 

not lost weigh 

not been poorly nothing 

any light on this would be so helpful 

waitin for ct scan and camera down again while he asleep 

does this mean it's spread ?!

or it was somewhere else before and not known any advice please as worried sick 

or do you think it is in the neck only ??
