I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer that has spread to your liver. I know that we have some members here on the forum such as [@gruntifen]‍ who have had similar diagnoses and are now successfully through their treatment. I've tagged him in my reply to you so he may pop along to share his experience with you. 

With regard to your question about CBD oil, I'd suggest having a look at this information on our website. There is no currently evidence to support its use as a medicine and cannabis oil, which often contains THC, is illegal in the UK. If you do decide to use CBD oil or any other alternative therapies or medicines, please do let your Consultant know as sometimes there can be adverse interactions with conventional medicines. CBD oil is simply a supplement which may help alleviate the symptoms but is not a cure for cancer

It's obviously a very worrying time for you at the moment but it may help to chat things through with one of our nurses. I'm sure they will be happy to offer any advice and support they can ahead of your next appointment as well as help you think about some of the questions you might want to raise with the team.
