i have had radiotheraphy for occular melanoma as a result i have devaloped vission loss in my eye, my consultant suggested i might get some improvement some improvement with glasses, however being a pensioner i cannot afford it
I'm sorry you are having this worrying time. Have you tried contacting Macmillan who may be able to help with a grant towards the cost? Also look at Ocumel, a charity for ocular melanoma patients . They don't provide financial support but they have an online community that you could join and ask advice of others who have been through the same problem. Good luck, www.ocumeluk.org/.../
