I myself had operation first no chemo yet so can't help on chemo side , but can help with any acceptance feelings ect . There are lots of lovely ladies gents on here who I'm sure will see your post and you will help you on that side xx

Thank you for replying. how I you cope emotionally? I'm ok one minute then ratty and biting peoples head off the next. I'm sure it's normal to feel angry as well as scared.

homestly I'm exactly the same can be great but 10 mins later I turn in to a different person , but I think it's shock it do get so much better as time goes on , I can't listen to Harry styles song as it was lol 

I was diagnosed 29 th June , I had a lumpectomy in July 15 th then 8 th aug another op to remove lymph nodes , so I'm now waiting for details on chemo .

other way around from you , it's quite like this hete some chemo first some operation first . 
 The appointment s ect at the beginning we're the worst for me and giving up smoking didn't help much I'm 48 and give up on diagnosis. 
 

I thibk when things start moving if it's op or chemo it deffo gets easier I promise we'll it gets more acceptable I should say xx 

Hi, my mum in law had exactly this 10 years ago.

Had a mastectomy n 6 months chemo n has been absolutely fine since.  Chemo was bit hard but no recurrence of cancer , scans completely clear x good luck x
