Hi there ..

So sorry that your going through so much ... l can't imagine what your oncologist was thinking telling you to be " positive"  when he should be getting you in touch with those who could help you through .. every one I know going through cancer diagnoses have had a period of getting our heads around things ..

I know I went into a pretty dark place for a while where I got out all those feelings I couldn't understand going through my head .. then on comming out, I'd let others in, and I came to the conclusion I'd take one day at a time.. and that I'd pack as much into whatever time I had ... and take each day as a bonus... 

My thoughts are no one is promised tomorrow... any one can be taken ... but it took me a time to get there ...

Have you been given any more info .. is there a treatment you could have .. have you support from family and friends .. reach out to anyone who may help support you .. you can call McMillan to chat to a nurse or on here there are numbers to chat to one of these nurses ...

mine was stage 2 invasive ductal one sentil node positive no lymph nodes positive , had operations x2 oncologist saying no need for chemo now so I'm waiting for the Oncotype test to make sure , I will need radiotherapy and hormone tablets for 10 years xx 

How are you doing though you started treatment or anything yet ? X
