I'm trying to find and gather strength I never thought I would need to gather. If you haven't been touched by cancer no one really knows this waiting bit. But now I have I know everyone says it's the worse part. I should know everything the 2nd of September but that just feels like a life time away right now. Please let me know how you get on xx

I will I pray for no spread

Don't take this the wrong way but it's kind of nice to hear you have back and shoulder pain. I've had pains across my lower back, down the right side of my back, in my knee, shin, other breast, you name it. I think it's the stress and anxiety causing actual pain or twinges. Of course it's natural to worry that the cancer has spread all over. The anxiety will get better! What are you doing to relax? Music/singing and work are my go-to strategies. Mostly sleeping well now but did have some disturbed nights. Hang in there xx

I had lump removed by masectomy and lymph node removal . Cancer had spread to 2 lymph nodes. I then had chemo followed by radiation. I am now on hormone medication to prevent cancer cells growing. Basically you throw everything at it and the worry becomes less. I'm 2.5 years done the line and awaiting reconstruction, that's remedial so not so scary. Try not to overthink and spend too much time on Google.

Mine had just spread to one lymph node, I didnt have any other scans as grade 2.I'm doing OK thanks currently on a new targeted therapy to try and prevent recurrance which is a fear we have to learn to live with once through the initial scare.

2nd September  , when you go back is actually my birthday.Last year I thought I might not see another birthday which shows you how we all go to that dark place.They will get you into treatment, and my advise would be take everything thats offered.Each treattment will improve your prognosis even if its only by a few percent I think its worth it.xx

Aww is it well let's hope it's a lucky day for me. So glad you are seeing another birthday mine is grade 3 so very scared if it has spread. I'm going to take everything they tell me to. So glad you are doing well xx
