60 years old. Had bowel screening kit sent to me. Finally decided to do the sample and a couple of weeks later had to go for a colonoscopy. There they could only go part way up the bowel and the blockage looked cancerous. It was confined and a few days later went for an operation and had part of my bowel removed. Now waiting to see what the strategy will be for chemo.
