Hi, I visited this forum awhile ago whilst we were waiting for tests and biopsy on my friend, with suspected liver cancer. Well we now know that it's bad, in the neck of the pancreas. They say the Whipple op is the only chance. Chemo afterwards. I've read up on this, and according to statistics the prognosis is still very low percentage wise. Are the statistics accurate and how many success stories are there? We are both afraid, it's all so unknown, and stumbling around in the dark, really.
