I was diagnosed yesterday with a stage 1A melanoma in the area where your ribs are it's 0.4mm which they said was good, if you can call it that!  I had the mole removed just over 4 weeks ago.  They said all the lab work was fine from that I presume they mean the margins taken away. To be honest I didn't really ask any questions yesterday. 

I'm now booked in for a WLE on 24/8. 

I'm due to start a new job 5/9 so if anyone can tell me how long recovery is on the WLE and what to expect it would be appreciated. I went back to work the following day after having the mole removed and my wound had 6 stitches.
