I have my radiotherapy planning appointment tomorrow (diagnosis was DCIS high grade, had lumpectomy in April) and just wondering what I should expect to happen at the appointment?
I had mine a few months ago, best and most important words of wisdom are that it's nothing at all to worry about. They literally just map you out (no drawing on your skin like with my op) so they can plan where the machine needs to be for your RT sessions. They will also answer any questions you have, so prepare any you have.
Relax now and enjoy your Sunday - you will be absolutely fine.
