I have just been diagnosed with Light chain myeloma , I'm shocked and confused not sure what's happening to me , I have a bone biopsy next Thursday is any body else going this or has any advice

my mother in law is 73 was diagnosed 20 months ago with stage 3 light chain myeloma, and has been on treatment ever since , if I can help in any way trying to understand it ,I will try help , it's a heck of a shock , my husband and I have been there every step , and every appointment, so might be able to answer some questions,
