I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis of essential thrombocythemia (ET). It's perfectly natural that you're feeling overwhelmed by things. 

It's good to hear that you've not experienced any side effects since starting treatment. Hopefully, this will continue to be the case.

We do have some information on our website about ET which you may find helpful, but I also wanted to suggest you might like to have a look at the Blood Cancer UK website as well.
